SIMs for Fleets & Device Makers

One SIM to specify for every device you ship.

When you build or deploy devices in quantity, the SIM becomes part of the product. A Sturdy SIM lets you fit the same card to every unit, ship it anywhere a cellular network reaches, and know in advance what the connectivity will cost.

The SIM is part of the product

A connected product that arrives and does not connect is a support call, a return, or a site visit. For a manufacturer or an integrator, choosing a SIM is therefore a product decision. The card has to work wherever the customer installs the device, and the manufacturer rarely knows where that will be.

One part number

With single-carrier SIMs, a business either guesses which carrier will suit each customer or stocks several versions of the same product. A multi-network SIM removes the question. Every unit is fitted with the same card, and the device finds its own coverage on arrival.

Fewer returns and fewer site visits

Poor coverage is one of the most common reasons a connected device fails in the field. Giving each unit more than 200 networks to choose from reduces the number of installations that fail for want of a signal, and the number of visits needed to correct them.

A known cost per device

Because Sturdy SIM is sold at one flat price, connectivity can be built into the price of your product or your service plan with confidence. The cost does not move with the network each unit happens to use.

Start with a trial

We recommend proving the SIM in your hardware before committing to a rollout. Tell us about your device, where it will be used, and how many you expect to deploy, and we will arrange SIMs for testing and a quote for the full quantity.

Common questions

Can we test Sturdy SIM before a full rollout?

Yes, and we recommend it. Testing in your own hardware at representative sites is the most reliable way to confirm coverage and performance before a large deployment.
